My stay at The Hoxton Hotel, Shoreditch <3

Hello guys and gals! ❤

I hope you’ve had an enjoyable, relaxing Sunday? I know I have, although I did have a lovely night Friday spent at The Hoxton Hotel in Shoreditch.

I’ve always heard good things about this hotel so before I got there I knew it definitely wasn’t going to be a let down. I go to London every now and again to attend blogger events and just to spend a little time away with family… because we all love a bit of sight seeing don’t we? 🙂

I had a relaxing 3 hour trip on the train from Dorset to London Waterloo station and from there I caught an Uber to Shoreditch. I instantly fell in love with the area because there was so much to do a lots going on. There were lots of bars and restaurants on the same street as The Hoxton so I knew I definitely wasn’t going to get bored.

As I walked through the doors of The Hoxton Hotel I instantly fell in love with the style of the place. They have a gorgeous restaurant, bar and coffee area as well as roomy seating areas. I caught the lift to the 6th floor where I was greeted by my room for the night. My room was very light, spacious and modern with a brightly patterened carpet, a table and chairs, coffee making facilities and a cool TV that I could pull away from the wall and face in any direction I wanted (AMAZING, HUH?!) The bathroom was decorated with black tiles which also gave it a modern feel. The white lights lit up the bathroom as well as the spacious shower. In the room was an air con and a fridge which kept my Prosecco nice and cool 🙂 I absolutely love how welcoming the hotel made me feel.

Next to the coffee making facilities lay a paper bag that asked me how many people would require breakfast in the morning and at what time. I filled it in and hung the paper bag outside the front of my hotel room and by morning the hotel fairies had delivered my breakfast. For breakfast I was given complimentary orange juice, a banana and a pot of fruity granola. I was also left a fresh carton of milk in my fridge that I used for my morning cup of tea. Staff even posted a hand written welcome note through my door wishing me an enjoyable stay which I thought was a lovely touch! The staff at The Hoxton could not do enough for me, they were really helpful and polite. It was definitely a very welcoming hotel so I’d highly recommend it as a place to stay whilst visiting London.
