Scrub Love <3


I hope you’ve had a great weekend, I know I have. If you ask me, the best way to end the weekend is to pamper yourself with a nice hot bath or shower. I’ve decided to publish a post on ‘Scrub Love‘ which is a natural coffee scrub. This post is all about their original scrub, however their scrubs also come in mint and coconut too (I really wanna try the coconut for the Summer)!



Using a body scrub a couple of times a week has so many benefits to your skin:

❤ It exfoliates your skin removing dead skin cells

❤ It leaves your skin feeling smooth and soft

❤ The rubbing action boosts blood flow

❤ It helps to hydrate the skin

If like me, you suffer with eczema or irritated skin on your legs, you should definitely try using a gentle body scrub like this to help remove any dead skin and to help make the skin feel nice and smooth. I like to use a body scrub twice a week before applying fake tan because it helps me achieve an even tan all over.



What makes Scrub Love so good?

Ground coffee is an amazing, natural exfoliator that helps to remove dead skin cells without damaging the delicate, healthy skin underneath. If you have any problem areas, the caffeine will help to stimulate circulation thus improving the condition of your skin.

Pink rock salt is a natural antiseptic that helps to reduce any inflammation in the skin.

Sweet almond oil is safe for all skin types and will help to moisturise your skin. It is naturally high in vitamin A, B and D.

Vitamin E helps to block free-radicals from the skin which helps to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

Sweet orange oil and vitamin C are anti-inflammatories and detoxifiers that help to reduce any red spots as well as nourishing your skin.

Organic orange peel will help to brighten and even out your skin tone whilst gently stimulating circulation.

Scrub Love recommend using their products 3-4 times a week for best results, however I have been using it 2-3 times per week and already notice improvements to the condition of my skin.
